transmission fluid?

what kind of transmission fluid should I put in an auto 4 port that usually gets driven pretty hard and had 75,000 miles on it? also, how do I flush the transmission fluid to put in new stuff.

The Amsoil stuff is supposed to be pretty good.

You have 75k miles on your car and this is the first time you have changed your tranny fluid? I replace mine every 15k-20k

royal purple max atf.
take it to a shop to have it flushed-- unless you have got a tranny flush machine in your garage.

you'll need about 15 qts to do a full flush...

I have not changed my transmission oil before, yes the car has 75k miles on it, but I bout it with 56k, so it's overdue, but it has been changed before. thanks for the help everyone!
