Air conditioning not really workin, need help....

I dont know whats up, but my a/c isn't working. I had it disconnected for a while cuz I didn't have a radio in cuz my battery was dead. now my battery is back in, my dvd player is installed, but my a/c jus doesn't blow. if i put it on fresh air mode and drive, cold air comes thru the vents even if the a/c is at zero... Its just the fan control that doesn't work tho... I checked the connections, they r fine, and wen I turn the fan control to zero, the ac light turns off like its supposed to. so it seems like the vents just aren't opening... Any help please! Thanks in advance

It sounds like the fan isn't working; have you checked the fan fuse?
