No more RX8

Well it's been great but unfortunately I have, as of a few days ago, sold my beloved RX8. It was the best car I have ever owned and I will miss the way it sounded and drove forever. Thanks for all your help over the years with your fountain of information and friendly advice. Hope to see you all soon. My dad and I are almost finished building a 2 door 99 WRX STI that he will use in targa tasmania and I will bring to RENEW and MRT track days hopefully. Hope to catch up with you all from time to time at track days and maybe as a non-RX8 ring in on a cruise.

Once again thanks, good luck with your cars and your lives..

Sorry to see you go Matt. Good luck with your next car. I must admit have been tempted to let go of my car on occasions however it still sits in the garage.

May be one day something as spectacular as the RX8 may come along and then i will have to let go. In the meantime I will keep it for occasional road and track use and it does both really well.

Thanks guys.If Mazda had another rotary model out I would get that but they are mucking around so I have to move on in the mean time. I love rotaries the most but out of warranty they make me nervous!

Well I knew it was coming but still sorry to see you go Matt.

Look forward to catching up at track days/cruises, etc. You'll always be welcome on anything I organise.
