2004 RX8 Has no oil compression..Help?

My 2004 RX8 shows having no oil compression. I drove down to the local wally world..was in there 20 minutes and came back out to find out that my car wouldn't start....waited for about 15 minutes and it started..drove to my house which is about 20 minutes away and shut it off....try to restart it and it wouldn't..it shows no oil compression which worries me....what could be wrong?

Did you have them change your oil? I knew a guy who had a last generation Celica who got his oil changed at Walmart and they never put oil back in. Car lasted a few thousand miles amazingly before it became completely ruined.

Check to see if you have oil in there!

I'm so confused too...
If the OP thinks he doesn't have engine compression, what did he use to measure it and what were the values?
If the OP is talking about oil pressure, why the hell did he wait 15min and then continued driving it instead of checking to verify he actually had oil?
Some clarifications are needed in order to help.

I don't think Wally World can do a 20 minute oil change, so I bet he has a low compression motor, and does not realize the oil pressure gauge is not really a gauge.
