I wanna swap my sensors from my stock 16 inch to a set of stock 18 inch???
Are they the same sensors and will work equally as well???????

Although I don't know for sure, it wouldn't seem cost effective for Mazda to have differing TPMS sensors/receiver for differing rim sizes, so should be fine.
Generic 315 MHz sensors work AOK, so ....
btw: you don't need to fully remove your tires to remove/install the TPMS sensors. You only need to deflate and break the seal near the valve so you can slide your hand in to remove/replace.
