Front Air Dam Need Help Quick
Front Air Dam Need Help Quick
ok so i had the stock plastic front air dam and pothole tore it up so i ordered the air dam from the factory, basically the one that advertises give your car a new lowered look all that crap. anyways if you guys know what im talking about the DIY is to drill 6 holes and so on. well as im trying to position the air dam and the bumper i see that the air dam sticks out of both sides about 1-2 inches and i cant see how in the world the air dam will stay even with the bumper. I know this isnt much of a help but if you guys can understand can someone try helping? thanks
pics?
You got directions with this thing right?
Ordered air dam from factory....how? Did they ask you what year your car was?
Not sure why it wouldn't fit if it's the right one for your car. I know that's not any help, but you sure you have it lined up where it's supposed to be?

Well.........don't drill yet!
Let me do some searching and I'll see what I can find out.
Either that or wait for some else to chime in.....but for god's sake.........don't drill yet.
You got a part number you can share(look on the actual air dam, it should be there somewher) and what year/model is your car?
I have no idea if the are different between years or models, but I'll try and find out.

Yikes, I thought you were gonna come back with F151-51-9K1B Front Air Dam based on what I found by searching.
With the part number you gave, I think your car ir red, and the correct number you should be looking at is f151-v4-900f-87.
