Are these decent, only mods are Mazda Speed Intake and Greddy Catback Exhaust.

Im lookin to change my plugs/coils and am lookin at NGK, these decent?

NGK plugs are the only way to go: RE7C-L and RE9B-T, two of each

as far as the coils: you could go with more OEM coils (they're about $30 each) but they unfortunately don't always last very long. Some people have good success with them, others go through them rather quickly.
A very popular upgrade to the OEM ignition is the BHR Sytem which gives you 4 new coils, mounting bracket, and wires. It is more then the OEM system but in my mind it's worth the added expense.
