Okay I give up..

Can someone please tell what do you call these aluminum-looking panels on the side of the armrest?

I accidentally scratch them while vacuming inside the car.

And, more importantly, anyone can suggest where can I purchase a replacement? I have looked at several RX-8 part websites but I can't seem to find these darn things.

Thanks in advance,
Drumm

i dont think, its worth getting new ones for that little scratch, i will bet that you will scratch it alot in the years you have the car

edit: if you do, you should look at the carbon fiber ones.

1. take them off and get it repainted

2. Buy new ones from onlinemazdaparts.com

use the workshop manual to learn how to take that part off and paint it urself.

yeah, the best you could do is get those CF covers. to take those off, you have to take apart the center console.
