hey guys ive been looking at carbon fiber door panels and such. i can understand how to install the hood and trunk lid but are the doors skins or a shell you put the guts of your doors in i've looked at these on various vehicles but i think i'm gonna do it on the 8 when i get the funds

From what I have seen carbon fiber doors aren't very safe for daily driving. there is a post on this forum about carbon fiber doors made by seibon. I don't really know if you are talking about a whole door replacement or just carbon fiber panels (but not sure what you mean by those).

 

Josh what I meant was are the seibon doors just like a shell or they a new skin for the metal door
