I hit a gator(big piece of rubber or blown tire) on the highway the other day. And scuffed up my front bumper pretty bad. Some of the scuffs wiped off with some good rubbing. But the others won't just wipe off. Considering its plastic how could I fix this issue? Could I buff it out? I don't know anything about auto body. Thanks in advance for the help.
