hey guys im to the forum but i've had my 04 rx 8 for a little while now. i was wondering which cold air in take and short throw you guys prefer cuz im still torn on what i should get.

 

Air Intakes are a pretty minimal gain item... the "best" or most popular seems to be the racing beat with air duct, or the AEM... the others you'll have to do more research on...

As for the short shifter... Axial Flow Engineering makes the best short shifter for the RX8. Price is like $250 unless you're lucky and can find a used one.

The only other option is the mazdaspeed short shifter, which isn't as short, and cost like $450 bucks.

ive got the aem and i love it the rb is the only other good one imo the rest just suck up hot air!
