Ive worked it out with the scrappage scheme and if I px my rx8 it would end up costing another £12,000 that includes all the bells and whistles I'll will be getting around £3000 for my bday in august and earn around £6000 through the summer is this a good idea or a stupid one ???

 

..if you could afford and R3.. and maintaining it.. please do... if you cant and are iffy about it. Do us all a favor and leave the VIRGIN a VIRGIN.

 

I am a little as I've never owned a new car, I would have no problems Looking after it mines always been serviced by Mazda.

 

Gas it like $6.00 USD / Gallon over there can you afford that also? The RX-8 doesn't get good fuel economy and are there any gas guzzler penalties in the UK?

 

My rx8 at the moment drinks petrol and was only a issue when my midpipe was on and no penalties over here.

 

I'm going to Mazda tuesday and the only draw backs I can see are that I will get bored and I will become a control freak over the car like no smoking eating and drinking etc etc. I say get bored I'm sure I won't it's a stunning car and I love the rx8s.

 

How do you feel about waiting for the redesigned RX? coming in a year or so?

 

I would wait for the 16x

 

Haven't heard nothing about it ??
