CASH IN HAND!!!....i was/still am kinda thinking about doing a custom kit but damn.....i live in WV and cant find any resources around here to help me with my fab work.....and when i went to the one place that i was sure could do it basically told me he was scared to do it because he wasn't comfortable working with our motors.........SOOOOO im looking at getting the greddy kit, like i said i have cash in hand,...well in the bank lol ready to buy my 8 sumthin special for valentines day lol

check out race roots's turbo kit. its an upgraded greddy turbo kit with an upgraded front mount and some other stuff too. I wanted to get it, but due to college and other things i'ma have to be paying for i just can't spend the cash rite now

and when I first saw your post Rotor I thought you meant in your original post that raceroots was making them and distributing multiple sets, I have seen his f/s thread and can't believe that upgraded turbo kit isn't sold yet!

 

its a depressed economy nowadays, i just did my taxes and realized that my hours being cut 8-12 hours a week lost me $5600 from last year lol......but i am interested in his kit, i have ben trying to do a custom setup because i already have a brand new holset h1c but im not a pro at it and the greddy is much more of a less stress setup lol

yup, lol i started off thinking i had a good fab guy to make me a manifold BUT he was just a redneck with a welder that CLAIMED he was so good he could weld to soda cans together but i took a look at the manifold he made for his truck and his exhaust and it was garbage

 

he probably used spit dirt and ducktape

lol no but i get one of them everyday come up beside me at a light and take off like a bat out of hell and when we stop at the next light they look at me and laugh like they did something.......i just laugh back and say "try getting 5 mpg when u lay on the throttle and you wont do that as much, oh btw my exhaust cost more than ur car"
