Mazdaspeed or Ings ?

I've got around $1500 to spend on my car... my mazda dealer offered me a nice price on a MS front though...

a $1200 mazdaspeed front bumper?

or a $1000 ings front bumper + paint job?

I've always wanted the ings, but is it worth the extra cash? I won't have extra money for fitment issues...

I like both of the front bumpers, madaspeed is more conservative and simple and ings front seems more aggressive...do you have a the stock set of wheels on or aftermarket? If your stock I'd buy a set of wheels first its looks way better with an aftermarket set of wheels and the stock body then an aftermarket body and stock wheels...IMO

Mazdaspeed is going to fit better-actually perfect, hands down. But I really like the look of the INGs a lot more, it's like a more agressive Mazdaspeed. By far one of my favorite front bumpers. The Mazdaspeed one is still nice, but really common.

But honestly, if you don't have extra cash for the Ings fitment, i'd just go Mazdaspeed. They're both very durable and gorgeous bumpers.

Good luck man!

this is purely just an opinion but i actually prefer the look of mazdaspeed to ings, i feel the mazdaspeed is more a timeless design while the ings look is already looking dated

just figure out what you want....if its a conservative look or a really really aggressive look and then you'll know which kit to get

not necessarily, mine wasn't perfect when I got it and I bought the hybrid aero material which made it a bit of a pain in the *** when I had it fitted.

I love the look of the ings front bumper but I'm not sure if it will look alright without the rest of the kit or at least another aggresive set of side skirts and rear bumper. At least the mazdaspeed bumper looks pretty good on its own.

The decision is totally up to you but as much as I love the ings, I'd say go mazdaspeed front or go complete ings kit not just the front.

I have the ings, the issues I had were:

Bumper Reinforcement Bar had to be removed - Otherwise they would have to do more fitting

Side Markers had to be molded in to the Ings Bumper - This was because the ings bumper was made of a hybrid Aero (fiber reinforced plastic) and the side marker area was too thin. So in order to keep the strength of the side they molded my sidemarkers into the bumper. I bought smoked corners and had them mold that into the bumper.

The ings kit is pretty rigid since its basically still fiberglass, so if you scrap something you risk cracking parts of it.

Conclusion: If I could turn back time I would have taken the MS, its made of metton. Its like a flexible plastic that bounces back on minor impact. Fitment is perfect already, and you don't need to do anything. If you want it to look more aggressive, just get some eye lids it accents the MS kit nicely and makes it look more agressive.
