Here’s a tentative list of dates and events for 2010. Our next gathering is Informal and is this coming Saturday at the Scottsdale Pavillions. Let me know if you plan to attend.

Friday, January 1st - New Year’s Day South Mountain Run and Go Karting at F1 Race Factory.

Saturday, January 16th - Saturday Night Barrett Jackson Preview at the Scottsdale Pavillions. This will be an informal meeting for anyone wanting to head up to the Pavillions this Saturday. Plans are to meet at the Pavs around 3 pm and scope out any available parking. If full, default to the area near Home Depot row.

Saturday, February 20th - Phoenix to Tucson Run and Rotary Romp up Mt. Lemon. Meet at parking lot of Lowes (NW corner of Ray Road and 56th Street) at 9 am for 9:30 departure to Tucson. Wrap up with lunch and door prizes at a resturaunt TBA in Tucson before heading back to Phoenix late afternoon.

Sunday, March 21st - Annual Valley Casino Poker Run. Meet at the Chandler Lowes on the NW corner of Ray Road and 56th Street at 9:30 am. Depart for first Casino at 10:00 am. Wrap up with lunch and door prizes at Fox Sports Grill (Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright) following event.

Saturday, April 17th - Fifth annual P6 Spring Run (Phoenix-Payson, Payson-Prescott, Prescott-Phoenix). Meet at Wendy’s in Fountain Hills at 8:30 am for a 9 am departure with a break in Payson, lunch in Prescott and return back into Phoenix by 4 pm (approx).

Sunday, May 2rd - Spring Tortilla Flats Run. Details and meeting time and place to be announced.

Saturday, June 19th - First of two Saturday evening "Hot Summer Night" events. Meet at Safeway Plaza at 83rd Ave North of Beardsley.

Sunday, July 11th - Summer Grudge Match go kart racing at F1 Race Factory,

Saturday, August 21st - Second "Hot Summer Night" event at the Scottsdale Pavillions.

Friday-Sunday, September 24th-26th- Tentative - Sevenstock XIII at Mazda HQ in Irvine CA.

Saturday, October 23rd – Annual Skull Valley Halloween Run. Details and meeting time and place to be announced.

Sunday, November 21st - RCCAZ 10th Anniversary Party Celebration. Details and meeting time and place to be announced.

Sunday, December 5th - Annual Toyz for Totz Holiday Cruise and Toy Drive to Wickenburg sponsored by Remember When Cruise Assn and Cops Who Care.

As M2 noted, it's my current "Best Guess" based on the Grand-Am series winding up the weekend before at Miller Motorsports Park in UT. Makes sense that if the Speedsource crew and trailer are that close to Irvine that they (Mazda) might opt to hold the event on the following weekend. I've indicated my preferences to the SoCal crew for those dates, but as Jeff said, nothing is "official" yet.

Since we just held a club event on March 6th (drive to Mt. Lemon), I'm pushing our March event back a week to Sunday, March 28th for the Valley Casino Poker Run. Once we get past this event, we'll be back on schedule with the P6 Run scheduled for Saturday, April 17th. Here are the details:
