FS: Clear corners painted black

I have clear corners i bought for my rx8 back in april of 04. Now i am aware that these clear corners might have age on them, but they are in great shape and look fantastic on the car. I have pictures of them available at request on and off the car.

I was going to trash these because of a broken tab on one of the corners, but i have put some work into it and fabricated a replacement tab myself. The clear corners were shot with three coats of black paint along with 2 shots of clear.

can be yours for only $50 shipped anywhere u.s.

tab was made from fiberglass along with several layers of bondo to make sure it would support the bolt and washer that goes underneath the once broken bracket. The repair tab has been painted black, but is virtually invisible once on the car.

nice repair job.

i would have used permasteel or something quick setting epoxy putty. it would have cut your work load drastically.

i also forget to mention that i added a epoxy accelerator to the bondo for quick drying times and quick sanding. Not too shabby huh for amateur work

btw these have been sold
