What are the flames when it's coming around that first corner (under the car... appears to be just behind the bumper)? The exhaust exits out the back, so is that an exhaust leak or what?

 

Beautiful cars, its great to see the RX-8 chassis getting some appreciation if not the Renesis motor. Tsuchiya driving the RX-8 in the first video... just look at the car when the power comes on, its like a switch and then boom its off. Awesome.
