I went to Kumho SPT's on my rx and they were a total failure at williow springs. After two laps per session experenced loss of traction and extreme squeeling on turns. tires seem to fold over. Looking for much better track tire. Whats your experience...??.Kumho SPT's listed on tire rack as ultra premium performance? what gives with that?

 

I hate to break it to you but the spt's are one of the lowest rated tires out there. they are by no means a track tire. they are a great DD / long treadlife / mediocre handling tire.

You're best bet for Willow is the Nitto NT-05. Search for it
