where do the rca cables go?

imo dont use rca if your going to be adding an amp to stock setup, just use the wires in the amp to connect to the 2 speakers above in the trunk=easy as hell.
+ - (L)amp to + - (L)trunk speaker on top and vice versa + - (R) to + - (R) trunk spealer above....easy as cake

 

Yep...pretty standard hook up with the stock...speaker wires to amp and then wire amp to desired speakers.
