will it come with all bolts, etc needed to install? So no paint chips/dings? I'm interested and can pick up locally

 

it has one screw that screws into the back of the fender and flare. and then the rest clips in with the rubber underside clips. the rest is just some good 3m tape work haha.

as for the condition. there pretty good. i dont think theres any chips or anything. but i can send pics to you tom. pm your phone number or email. the right one needs to be polished up from stupid sprinkler water spots but im sure i can get em looking spiffy haha

They are the rear aero flares / side skirts. Google it

 

After some more thinking, I thing I'm going to go with the MS sides and rear. I think it'll work a little better with my front lip.
