Well my frustration continues with my RX8 . After countless dollars spent my vibration issue is still present,and I'm out of ideas!!! At 60 mph I pickup a vibration I think in the rear of the car. Here's what I have done ... ALL wheel bearings have been replace ,ALL tires balanced several times . 4 wheel alignment twice. replaced 2 rims(thought maybe they were bent) 2 new rear hubs. The reason I no its in the rear is we put the car on a lift eliminating the front and we still get the vibration at 60 mph. The axe shafts appear to be running true ,no wobbles The drive shaft is looks the same.. I'm spent on this car .Is anyone in the south Chicago area that may be able to HELP me with this problem???

There isn't too many RX8 owners, on here, that live on the south side. I know of one in Joliet.

Have you checked for play in the suspension end links ball joints?

 

I will check this today! I bought this car with 16000 miles and have only put 1000 miles on it.I never thought about that but I will be checking that ASAP! I'm only about 20 miles from Joliet I will PM Mac11 thanx....
