New to the RX-8

Ok guys, I have a newbie question here. I am new to RX-8, I just got a new RX-8 R3, and althougth the car has insane handling (way better than any other car I have had or own) it is lacking in power a bit... (newsflash huh!)

My question is how much power does a Mazdaspeed flywheel, Cold Air intake and a Catback would add? Compare to other aftermarket please! Thanks for your help!

yeah rx8 isnt exactly focused in the speed department theres not much you can do to increase the hp or whp unless you slap on a turbo or supercharger on it i'd go with suspension as well

Racing Beat has all the products you need....to get more ZOOM ZOOM...look at JEDI54's set-up he is all N/A and has got a lot more HP... but then again thats with the COBB ACCESSPORT +Tuning.... the COBB ACCESSPORT is not compatible with the 09 RX8's yet... but as far as HEADER, EXHAUST, INTAKE, CATBACK, MIDPIPE, PLUGS, WIRES, ETc... its all available from RACING BEAT for the 09' models. I say get all the mods I listed and wait for a COBB then you will be good to go.... i wouldnt TURBO or SUPERCHARGE a brand new RX8 especially being a R3....as far as the suspension goes... keep the suspension.. IM sure its good enough for a good while... i would say get about 50k out of it before swappign out... you want to get your moneys worth...maybe just some HR lowering springs for now....the COBB ACCESSPORT is availbale from MAZDAMANIAC....MAZDAMANIAC.com... i would keep in touch with him on getting an 09 COBB AP to come out...

But yeah GET all the 09 RACING BEAT products.. you can never go wrong with RACING BEAT...and IMHO they can be resold on here easily

RACINGBEAT.com you can expect about 20hp with all the products they have for the 09....
