I am pretty sure this car will be made in my home state at GMH (Holden's) Elizabeth Plant (Australia)....where else would the RWD platform come from, we already have the Caprice (LWB) made here..

nice front, the rear is not so hot.
355hp, yeesh. cop cars are getting more powerful. i guess they are getting tired of being outrun.
europe has had the right idea from the beginning. especially germany, porsche 911 police cars.

No mention of cost or how much one will take to outfit. The cost of the clean vehicle will be a big factor in whether agencies buy it or not. Right now they can buy the Chevrolet Impala and outfit it far less than they could buy the Crown Vic. Hopefully it's competitive.
I saw someone get pulled over by a Chevy Cobalt/G6 looking car the other day. It was on the freeway, not your typical cruiser. Strobes in rear lights and a red light above rearview mirror. sunny California for you.
I saw an EVO 9 cop car in Sydney over the weekend. It was dark blue with tinted windows, big wing and only police markings were a strip of checkers down each side so from the front and back it was basically an unmarked car.

I can be like a Narc or something!
