How can I install this seat

It came with sliders and the description says

These sliders will fit any existing or aftermarket seat floor mounting bracket with 13-5/8" wide bolt hole to bolt hole but may require some bracket modifications and/or drlling. If vehicle does not have exisiting seat bracket, a floor mounted bracket will have to be fabricated.

it tells you that you will need to modify the bracket.

the seat bottom looks too thick anyways. your knees will be touching the steering wheel.

well is there pre existing seat bracket that will fit this...i have smaller steering wheels so i have extra room in comparison with other rx8 drivers

What kind is it? What are the safety specs? If its a cheapy you could be fucked in an accident.

not sure specifically. try searching on Brides website. they have measurements on their brackets.
i'm telling you though, its gonna be like sitting on a phone book.

The company below will have brackets for that seat. But it looks like you will LOSE some headroom with that setup, hope that is not an issue.

be careful... if the harness does not have the proper set up, you'll end up making your seat/harness into a spinal compressor. If you get into a wreck you could suffer serious back damage. Sometimes a regular seatbelt is better than a "race harness".

well i just traded in my seat for kirkey bottom of the line economy road track seat...which brackets would be compatible with that seat...it is a 17.5 seat
