Looking for a Brilliant Black...Titanium Gray/Velocity Red...or Crystal White Pearl (color preference listed in order)... Grand Touring 8 in the SoCal area...

Have my eyes set on a 8 with the appearance package and a loving owner...

Should have the maintenance records and be "up-to-date" with servicing...

The car should look mostly stock...meaning any lighting changes are okay (i.e. any LEDS) and any non-stock rims would be fine as long as they look sexy on the 8...

I would like for black leather on the interior, but the black/red two tone works as well...and I would also prefer the 6 Disc Changer and a Navi (but I could live without the Navi)...a Spare Tire-Kit would be desirable and so would any iPod mod...but not necessary...

And well...It should just be in good condition inside and out...with all the accessories with it (manual...remote/keys...mats)...nice and shiny on the outside...decent and clean on the inside...

Your price range is a little low unless you are looking for higher miles as in over 70K and automatic. Possibly salvaged.

But if ya want check out my car. I'm in Cal too, I can put it back to stock as much as you want. It'll lower the car dramatically.

It has an $18k kellyblue book but I'm willing to go well under that in stock form.

...I've been on autotrader just looking around and I've seen some nice looking cars with what I want (minus a navi or spare tire kit here and there) for around 13K so yea know...I'm just hoping something nice pops up...I don't really have deep pockets...know what i'm saying...

 

Yeah you gotta look close though, they aren't telling the whole story ya know. There are few FULLY loaded RX8s around with low miles and with an $18K blue book people selling them for less than that are normally compensating for something.

If you are ever looking in the 15/16K range let me know. I'm willing to let mine go with my black 19s at that price with the CF aero kit and eye lids to boot.









Think of that but with the side aero kit and gas lid CF and the eyelids. (the eyelids can come off though..)

 

Not really looking for low miles as long as the car is in good condition yea know...I could go for around 60K or 70K miles...that's still okay as long as the car has been really taken care of (serviced...components replaces...and whatnot)...

I'll be looking for one til' about November or December so like I'm...just see if I can find myself a good deal by that time...prices should go down and stuff...btw how many 8's do you have?..

And...well, I've been reading up on the 8 in comparisons with other sports cars/coupes and like they emphasize a lot on the 8's lack of torque...is it really that much of a big deal...going up steep upgrades/downgrades...
