Well you guys heard it right, the Carbon TimeAttack RX8 is getting sold or parted out. I'm going to see if I can sell the car complete but if not I'll be parting it out and parking it until I can get rid of it.

The car itself is a Ti Gray 04 6spd sport/GT 45K miles with black leather interior, Bose system, Nav, Multi MP3 indash changer headed seats, etc etc, pretty much every single option you can have on these cars. Still under warranty from dealership and of course we have the 100K motor warranty on top of that.

I'll sell everything on the car for $25K make me an offer. Car is located in Sacramento, CA

Car has never had flooding issues or anything and runs strong. Regular oil changes And redline fluids (I'm a tuner/fabricator so I baby my cars and take care of them) The floors in the front still have the plastic protectors on them from the dealership.

Strakes will be a long while down the road if the car gets parted. The trunk, hood, wheels, and exhaust will have to go first before anything else comes off..

Gunna try to sell the car as complete as possible. What ever the buyer doesn't want I'll put up for sale. If push comes to shove and I do a part out it will be posted in the other FS forum.

if you end up parting, i might be interested in just the rear aero flares if the price is right. looks like you already have interest in the front and sides so could be good to have buyers lined up to get the whole set sold.

 

You will have to end up parting it out, you won't get offers you want.

Had to part out my other RX-8 with the S/C and still didn't get what I wanted for it, just wanted it gone.

I'm in no hurry. Kinda gauging interest and with most rx8 you gotta start high cause of lowballers. I can always put it back to stock and sell it for what I owe.. That's an option too.

 

What I had to do, this market is rough lately. Over saturated with people losing jobs and can't afford the car or just want to change things up.

 

Rx8 owners/enthusiasts seem to have such tighter wallets than the folks over at evolutionm, s2ki, my350z, etc. Its crazy to see the difference...

im curious on what happened to your gauges, since you said your car was once turbo'd. im interested on the hood btw.

 

As far as the bar does, I'm not quite sure what the difference is between the 2 types but mine does have the middle harness bar.

All the turbo goodies went bye with the kit loooong time ago.

But back to the sell, price is negotiable. If there are parts the buyer doesn't want just let me know and we can come up with a better price for you. Also if anyone wants a clean bone stock car I can put it back to stock right down to the suspension, air box, shifter, exhaust, everything. That in it self will greatly reduce the price.

 

On a side note, when everything goes up FS, it'll be pretty mcuh pick up only for the big parts unless you want to pay me shipping and handling which will be determined by how much effort I have ot go through to package the item.

 

i'd love to get my hands on the Short Shifter and the RB screens if you are going to part her out. will pay for shipping!
