OK here is the deal....I got a replica Mazdaspeed kit.....but its already painted....now there are a few things they need to fix (look at the pictures) I need the bodyshop to fit it and fix the spots.....The paint job looks good but its rough in a few spots and theres a dark spot which i need fixed..

The kit has never been fitted -- I purchased it like this for VERY cheap so it was worth it to buy it and get charged less at the bodyshop to do these things instead of me getting one unpainted and have them sand and prep it and everything.

Anyone know a good bodyshop in Manhattan or Bronx or Queens?

Front bumper pictures....I also got the skirts and rear but i only want the bumper on at this point.

 

hmm, I gotta say good luck with the fitting. especially on the side.

I have been thru 2 original MS bumper (yep, 2, thx to NYC roads)

I suggest you make some drilling/cutting yourself first before bringing in to the shop. oh btw I have 2 shops in flushing that you might want to check them out. one is by Sanford AV and College point Blvd. the other one is all the way near the Whitestone BJs.

Most of the TNC guys go to 'Eastside Collision' in NJ. Myself I bring my car to a friend that works at a Gieco repair shop, but they dont do outside work. They only work on my car because I known them for 10yrs.

On the other hand I have a uncle who owns a bodyshop in Mt. Vernon. 30mins from the City. With him you get what you pay for. But I could definitly get you a discount with him.

 

What do you think your uncle will charge me for this? if it only lasts for a few months im cool with that.

 

i know of a place on northen blvd by main st. thats supposed to be good. but i havent personally gotten anything done by them

I can let em' use my 8 to make all the adjustments needed on your bumper so you don't have to worry about it.
