Heey guys

since my car is an 05 model and having some trouble starting when hot i figured i might need the need improved starter wich is on models from 06 and forward..

i called mazda to check the price, but ****?... they wanted 7000 danish kroner for it.. thats like 1500 - 1600 us dollars .. that's sick?? i was wondering do they cost as much in other country's? maybe ill order it else where if not..

any sugestions?

FWIW that's not the upgraded starter but if it's working for him and he's willing to ship you might as well grab it.

New starters go between 250 and 400 USD in the States. Mazmart sells starters they've upgraded has them in stock. I believe Fluid sells OEM upgraded starters.

 

Our starter is the factory new unit, brand new OEM and best price in the US. There is only one left in stock.

This is the last version of new units that Mazda sells. In the US a reman version is being sold at the dealerships. Our starter is the NEW (Not used, not reman) faster version.
