For Sale: 2005 White RX-8 GT Package 35k miles $12999 (still under b2b warranty)

Located in Pittsburgh,PA area and selling because got accepted to graduate school @ UPenn and moving from Pittsburgh to Philly this summer....
Details of the Car:
2005 Grand Touring Package - White Water Pearl with ~35k miles
(Registered on 12/6/2005, Still under bumper to bumper warranty till 12/2009 48,000 miles, powertrain warranty till 12/2010 60,000 miles and engine warranty till 12/2013, 100,000 miles)
- 6-Speed Manual
- Grand Touring Package: Black Leather Seats, Power Sun Roof, Bose Stereo, HID headlights, Fog lights, Heated Seats, Power Driver Seat, etc ....Almost everything except navigation
- Other options: Rotary Accent Package, Rear Spoiler, Front Splash Guard
- Extras: Clear Corners, Red Brake Calipers and iPod connector
- Tires are Kumho SPT with 5k miles
- PA Registration just renewed on 3/31/2009 and State Inspections done on 5/1/2009, it's ready to go!
- Oil change at least every 3k miles, all services done @Mazda Dealership with all records available
- All bulletins done and up-to-date
- Transmission oil and Differential fluid changed with Red Line Products @20k miles
- No Accidents what so ever, clean car fax report
- I am the second owner. I purchased the car a year ago in March 2008 from a 53 years old gentleman who is a computer engineer in North Carolina. It was his third and weekend car and he sold it because he moved up to a new place. He took great care of the car (never seen snow and always garaged when he owned it) and provided me with all the service records.
Selling price is sold and it is firmed.
I took great care of the car and looking for someone who would appreciate it. I did my research on craigslist/autotrader/cars.com and know how much it worth (trade in value is 12,350). So don’t bother to low ball and save both of us some time if you are not serious. For those who are in the market for a great and well kept sports car, you know it is a steal and you won’t find another loaded RX-8 with such low miles and warranty.
Note: The car is running on winter wheels and tires (17") which are not included in the sale, and I have just switched back to summer wheels (18") and the Kumho SPT tires this week

Final fixed selling price $12,999, For those who are in the market for a great and well kept sports car, you know it is a steal and you won’t find another loaded RX-8 with such low miles and warranty.
