Why anyone would buy a car without doing their homework first just amazes me - so much money involved. even after doing research on the 09 RX8, I was nervous getting it because of the rotary engine, but since then, this forum and other websites have eased my fears (not to mention the 5 year warranty that's given).

That's a fair Shinka price. If you do the KBB on the options, book value usually comes in around $22K. I paid 17K for mine.

idk.. from what i herd the guy taht used to own that 8 ***-ed it out... and that he traded it to a dealership because its close to blowing a seal.

and about doing reserch before buying a car... i agree.. i was close to buying an 8 then realized that with payments and the MPG it gets would not be worth it.. but i longed for another rotary so i went with another FC...

but i guess he dident need to do reserch because his parents bought him the car.

I drove your car b4 you bought it btw =). From what i remember, they listed it for aorund 20k. After I showed them another price for a 06 GT (15k) that i found, they lowered the price down to what u ended up paying for it. It's funny, because when I first went in there about a week after it was listed, I made an offer for about what they sold it for, hahahaha. so in the end.....u took the car i was planning on buying!

So in conclusion.....18k is a fair price, but better deals can be made. Love the color!!!

said "taht" because sometimes my left hand types faster then my right hand?

but if its the way its worded i can rephrase it for you

(I do not know... From what i was told and have herd around the local area is that the previous owner of that 06 Shinka RX8 has not taken proper care of it and has abused it whilst driving from time to time)

That better Ross DAWG?
