So after i almost shattered my key a couple days ago, i ordered a new one just in case and it arrived in the mail today. I drove to the nearest mazda dealer to get it programmed and after about 30-40 minutes the service guy came out and said he could not get it to program, and the clip that holds the switchblade key together is broken ( im still not sure if it was like that or if he did it ), so now i have to get ahold of the ebay seller called midwest keyless or something like that... Has anyone else ever had problems programming their keys from them or someone else?

ps. im not sure if its just the dealership (its a fairly new ford-mazda dealer) or if its the key itself...
