Camber dilemna-need input now!!

SO heres the dilemna... Tires are wearin' way too quickly on the inside so I went to get an alignment only to find that i've got about -3.20 camber in the rear so they said i wouldn't be able to do anything for me.

I've got sprint-tech springs on stock shocks with about a 2" drop...aftermarket rims-- 18" 8.5 with 40 offset... 245-40-18 Dunlop Direzza's

Question 1- How the hell is my camber so bad compared to others with the same drop that are only seeing a -2.00 camber.

Question 2- What is the CHEAPEST way to get less negative camber...cuz i do NOT feel like spending $700 on adjustable control arms. Would full coilovers help? (mind you i'd still keep it at an agressive drop..and i the money would be more worth it then the control arms). Would spacers affect the camber at all?

I'm in no way or form proficient with suspension so before anyone says anything, i searched and found little bits and pieces...but nothing tailored to my exact dilemna so PLEASE... constructive input appreciated
