ok so my dumb *** friend, hits my car in the most stupid way. my car is parked behind his but pretty far for him to back out. he isnt look behind him and he dents the back door on my driver side.

you cant really notice it on the pictures but its much more clearer in person. i notice those dents every time i get in my car.

i went to the body shop and its a grand to fix that, but my broke *** friend doesnt have the money to pay for that plus this idiot thinks "you cant really notice it"

ive seen those dent kits but ive read a couple threads and i heard they werent good.i guess next im going to look at some places that can fix little dents at a cheap price. if anyone in ca, bay area ,knows a place id appreciate it.

btw i was wondering if i could handle this like a hit and run and make him pay somehow?

 

judging by the pic, it doesn't look like a grand's worth

find a good PDR specialist in the area. i'm sure it would be cheaper.

 

police report, and call your insurance...theyll bill him directly

 

this actually happened to me before. My friend hit my front end during a stupid ricer trick he was trying to show his friends

long story short, the dent was similar in size to yours so i told him since 'you could barely see it' that he could do 1 of three things. 1. Pay me in installments. 2. let me dent his face with my bat or 3. tear a hole in the fabric of time and prevent himself from brain-farting on my car....

he picked the 1st option.

I strongly suggest giving your friend these options...
