Need some advice about painting the inside of the RX8 OEM rims. I'm about to get my first RX8 and while the spokes and external rims are in great shape, the inside rims are stained and look horrible; does not appear that they were ever cleaned. I would like to paint the insides a darker color, gunmetal or even black, to hide the stains and minimize maintenance. Has anyone done this? How did they come out?

 

you mean JUST the inside? can't imagine it looking bad, considering it's hardly visible unless you wash it every day.
