got a FIX IT ticket for my exhaust.. anyone have a spare stock exhaust?

im in the bay area..
any help would be greatly appreciated

wtf chris you really got a fixit ticket for your car? that police probably hella jealous of your car. Theres so much other cars that has exhaust mod and all wow -.-

im running the AP exhaust w/o the AP midpipe, using the stock cat.
someone told me this is legal as long as i dont change the stock cat.
is this true?
