was watching anime and...
LOL, I like the use of identifiable vehicles in this, as opposed to most North American style cartoons...
RX7, RX8, MX3, Skyline/G35? And it looks to be a Nissan Cube in front of the RX8 lol.

Did you also know there's a shot of a firefly class transport in battlestar galactica? Watch the windows in the scene where Roselin finds out she has cancer.

EDIT: Damn...i quickly realized how sad this thread became. I only hope that my posts won't be read by the tremendously fantastic women of the Hot Chicks thread. Unless however they like tentacles...

The long version is it asks the question, what does it mean to be human if memories can be fabricated, and manufactured systems can replace all the major parts of the body including large portions of the brain? If consciousness is the result of a set of measurable elecrochemical reactions in the brain rather then being something as ineffable as a soul... well, it poses all sorts of interesting moral, ethical, and philosophical questions, especially when your servant robots run on exactly the same hardware as your full replacement cyborg "humans"
You might want to study up on your philosophy, Shirow is ALL about transhumanism.
As far as the spoiler version, well you'll have to PM me for my thoughts about the laughing man.

lol
