I have to agree. I spend a lot of time weeding out messages that I'd rather keep.

Guess you do have the option to select and download as .txt(or whichever) and same them locally on you machine...........however painful!

The server will slow down, which was why I was initially refused.

I could use another increase, I don't see why members need that much space, I can see vendors using this...

Ahh... 0 messages... I didn't realize saving PMs to text was an option. I don't need a larger box then. As Fluid said, vendors may find a larger PM box much more useful.

Well Mr. Smartee pants the first instance I list was that of Vendors...
Also for those of us who coordinate local meets, shows, and g2gs, caravans, etc. etc. I know my box gets filled pretty damn quick when I ve got 30-50 people confirming thier presence at a meet or show...

I wasn't disagreeing with you on the vendor part...lol

Now that you pointed out why you needed the increased size you should talk to admin about getting an increase just for people that really need it. Like yourself

I just export my PM's as XML files and save them to a folder on my computer that contains anything RX8 related. Not really a big deal. Save to comp, then delete the last 50 messages from my Inbox and Outbox.

Vendor's could use a bigger pad though. Half the time people PM MM his inbox is full and you can't get through.
