I need advice on painting a bumper

Ok, I need to paint a bumper on one of my cars... after a lil accident.

I took a few Bodyshop classes in highschool and college, so I remember a few things, but I'm sure there are a few of you here that can just tell me the correct way so I don't have to go on memory.

Ok... so the bumper is brand new... actually there is a fender I need to do also. Both are new.

-I know I should start by sand them both down to take off any dirt and/or coating on it. I was going to wetsand with 300-400...
Should I do dry instead, and should I use something grittier than 300-400?

-Then I was going to primer both.
I know the bumper needs a flexible primer ... I found this one from duplicolor.com
http://www.duplicolor.com/products/nozzles.html

-Assuming neither will need any body work, after the primer I need to wetsand, which I will use 180...

-Now comes the sealer... right? I get confused with the undercoats. Do I need to put the sealer before or after the primer? Or do I need sealer at all? And if I do use a sealer, does it need to be sanded?

-Then, the base coats... Then the clear coats... then wetsand and buff.

Can someone let me know if I'm correct. It's been a long time since I've done any of this. Thanks in advance!

Take it to a paint shop. Should only be around $200.00 for a weak job.
