2004 Rx-8 WInning Blue. I am coming from driving 6 speed trans ams and mustang gt's so this type of car is new to me.
I know i need mods and im all ears.
Rims and Tires= a given
Stereo System with dvd/navigation= another given
Custom 2 toned leather seats with blue inserts. yep

Exhaust= ?
COld Air INtake=?
anything else

 

Congrats. I just picked up my RX8 about 3 weeks ago. Mine is an '06 Galaxy Grey Mica Grand Touring, with the Black interior with Red inserts, 9 speaker Bose system (no navigation)..completely stock and only 13,000 miles. I come from a back ground of '67 Camaro, '74 Nova, '88 Mustang GT Convert., '02 Mustang GT Convert. This RX8 is a completely different type of car, as is the Wankel Rotary engine, but I'm loving it.

Sorry bro, can't help you out there. There are a ton of threads with various topics. You might have to do a little searching to find the right ones, but I'm sure they're there. The only mods I'm planning on doing is a short shifter and exhaust. After modding my Mustang over and over again, I feel it's completely useless to spend $1000's for only a few hp gains. Not worth it to me...the only reason I might get the exhaust is I want a different tone, not because I think I'm getting more hp out of it...But that's just me. Good luck!

Our car is a luxury sports car, not a race car
Once u have leather heated seats, cup holders, ac, stereo, etc it becomes a bling bling car and not a fast car

paint calipers gold with rx8 (looks)
install footwell lights (looks)

front fog lites install (looks) and more light , yes I already have one set, want 2

And what do u mean, you drove to Lewisville?
no idea how far that is but I drove 125-140 miles just to look at the car I wanted to buy
then had to go back again to pick it up

 

Just FYI, it is not legal to have forward facing red or blue lights on your vehicle. Ask Agcutie about that one.

You can do exhaust for sound.
Mazdaspeed and AEM intakes are the same and supposedly make the most power.

I'm not sure where Lewisville is, and I'm too lazy to look it up, but if there is an autocross near, you should go.

I can vouch for the blue lights, Bulbs cost $30, ticket cost $300. Officer wouldn't give me a fix it ticket. At least that's in OK.
