Has anyone replaced the Blue LEDs that illuminate the instrument cluster in night (blue and red) mode?

Is it difficult? What parts are needed?

I love the blue, I would like to replace the stock blue LEDs with brighter blue LEDs.

Some members seemed to have implied they knew how... altspace? etc.
