I am buying a house and the $427 car payment is too high for me to afford anything in my area. (I'm in between Riverside and Anaheim, CA)

I love the car and do not want to part ways, but I do not have many options, unless I win the lotto.

 

forgot to mention the car is on it's second set of tires. They are Potenza's (like the stock tire, but different tread patter / wear)

This car is leased. Lease has 5 payments left. For $75.00 mazda will transfer lease to another person. You keep warranty and everything. You pay 5 payments of 400 bucks. If you like the car in 5 months you can buy it, if not, you turn it in end of June, hands clean.

lease end value is just under $15,000. Remaining payments. It now has only 4 payments left, at 427 each.
