Santa, I don't want a crossfire. There are two of them at work that are constantly trying to park next to me and I just keep moving farther out in the lot.

Before too long I'll be parking in the neighbor business's lot.

I called the guy at grapevine just purely out of curiosity - they actually agreed to sell a manual w/leather for 17.1K.

That was a 36k car.

I still wouldn't touch it, but wanted to know if this was a bait and switch.

Some guy on another forum got them nearly to 15.9k b/c he told them he and his brother were buying one each.

Crossssssfirrrrreeeeeee!!!!!!!!

rofl

look here

http://autos.yahoo.com/articles/auto...2NGdhMnFiBF9TA

Owners of the current-model-year Dodge Avenger, for example, have had to deal with six recalls. The depreciation and true market value of Avenger only ranks at two stars (out of a possible five) in the Automotive Leasing Guide, which provides depreciation estimates for use in the automotive financing industry.
ROFL. 6 recalls in 1 year. LMAO EPIC FAILED !

That Avenger already look like crap. I feel sorry for whoever driving it. oh next time if I see one, Im gonna roll my windows down and say "HEY, DO YOU ENJOY RECALLS ON UR AVENGER ?!" ROFLCOPTER !!!

sadly, I enjoyed the game far more than the over straked things competing for parking space with my beauty of an 8.

Alas, I had already pretty much talked myself out of strakes for my 8. When I saw my first crossfire I knew I'd made the right decision.

other than the looks, the crossfire is basically a mercedes slk coupe.

i test drove one, they arent terrible cars by any means. 17.5k for a brand new one with leather/manual is an absolute steal.

chrysler = responsible for the PT cruiser

that's enough for me to stay the hell away from chrysler, forever.

i don't think i'd drive a crossfire if it was a hertz rental car. i'd ask for a taurus.

The moment they signed that buying contract to get that Avenger, they already got that "Im with stupid" on their face.

As stupid as those morons, Im not even sure if they understand what a recall is.

Some guy just scored a new 2007 Crossfire Coupe for $15,800 plus TTL (roughly 17k OTD) on another forum. He said it had 87 miles on it.

MSRP was over 37k.
