Incase anyone is interested there are a few videos on streetfire.net that feature my 8 and they are all PROFESSIONALLY FILMED/ EDITED using camera mounts/camera cars etc...and HD versions are available. Two of the three videos have been out since July, and the other was just posted 2 days ago and gives a really dark spin to the 8, tearing up empty Philadelphia streets. A video of profesionally timed runs was also taken and resulted in remarkably low times of:
0-60: 5.23 seconds
0-80: 8.2

Hey, just curious. How much power are you putting down on your car? 220whp?

 

what is done to the cars that got 5.2

 

the end of the video lists the mods that i thought pertained to my acceleration run, I of course have others but I didnt list them because they are irrelevant, and as far as what I am putting down to the rear i have no idea, my car has never been on a dyno, i can speculate around 210 ish atleast because I havent heard of too many RWD cars that can pull a 5.2 sec 0-60 time with anything less than 210ish whp

 

you should do a video of you going to 0-100 mph or do a quarter mile, I would think you would get atleast 13.7.
Anyway isnt it when you go on a dyno, do they always tune it for you?

Nope havent been able to get down to the track yet bc the weather has been shitty, and havent been able to make any new videos either due to an unforseen conflict with a dumb blonde driving an Acura SUV into my rear bumper and the ensuing (failed) fight with her insurance company to compensate me for the veilside bumper she ruined. Fun stuff.
