Is winning metallic blue and winning blue the same? I'm a bit confused....I might be interested in front splash guards..

Are fog lights....clear blue fogs? The ones came with my car are yellowish..

 

The fogs have a blue tint, and i believe winning blue and winnging metallic blue are the same
