I stopped by this company in Markham: http://revrotaryinc.com/
and asked if they can sell me a single rotor 650CC engine, but they said they do not sell to individuals. They only sell to companies on volume basis

If you want a bit more info, Jay Leno has one (of course) and did one of his profile videos on the RE5 a little while back. Kind of cool to see/hear one running.
