Wow... looks like a lot of people have built some hobby bikes based on rotary engines.

I stopped by this company in Markham: http://revrotaryinc.com/
and asked if they can sell me a single rotor 650CC engine, but they said they do not sell to individuals. They only sell to companies on volume basis

Damn, where can I get my hands on a single rotor engine?

 

If you want a bit more info, Jay Leno has one (of course) and did one of his profile videos on the RE5 a little while back. Kind of cool to see/hear one running.

There's a guy that shows up often with his RE5 at my Sunday morning breakfast bike hangout. Suzuki wasn't the only one, Norton actually had a good rotary racer.
