The top of mine is cracked, and cannot get a pressure seal on the cap... and it causes coolant to be sprayed under the hood.

If no one to sell... could someone help link me a page to buy one? I seem to be having difficulty trying to locate a site that actually sells it.

if angel does not have one. i would try mazdamart for used or onlinemazdaparts for new.
