I was just wondering if it was normal to run to the window every 5 minutes to take a look at your rx8?

I don't know....everytime i look at it i get excited....Best Car Ever!

Whenever I drive it to work on weekends, I have a huge section of the parking lot to myself. I generally turn around and look back at it half a dozen times until it is too far in the distance.

I equate that to a couple different women I dated in the past, who were so hot that after sex I could just lay there for over half an hour staring at their naked bodies, because I couldn't believe I was really there.

 

I keep going to the window to look at the 8 while I'm here at work....

Yep, completely normal.
I've had my 8 for 2 years, and I still like to look out at it out the window at my office. Not a big fan of the 8's without the appearance package/spoiler, but an 8 with the package is of the best looking cars < $60,000, IMO.

Yes, it's really causing problems for me because I'm trying to quit smoking. I keep going outside to smoke, but it's really just an excuse to look at my car.

I'm also having a hard time getting home from work. I keep driving right past my house to go around the block again.

I park right outside my office window, so I try and change up the angles everyday so it is always different to look at, which I do every 30 min or so... haha

Bensonhurst Brooklyn. I'm surprised that you can actually find parking in Manhattan and be able to drive a MT rx8 comfortably .

 

iam glad to kno iam not the only one to do this. sometimes as iam looking at my car at work ill just take a smoke break and take some pics of the car cant help myslef.

Nah the car is only 4 pleasure, i don't drive it to work or anything so im rarely driving in traffic. Finding parking is hard but its acceptable (Im currently applying for a parking spot in my building)

I did it before i went to bed last night (mental picture) and 4 some reason it was the best sleep i had in years
