stock 8 exhaust with muffler shop cat delete?

I figured since im looking to purchase the Agency Power full exhaust eventually this would be a cheap solution while utilizing the stock exhaust still. anyone have a video clip or sound clip of an adapted rx8 stock exhaust? i searched youtube and the forums but didnt find much of anything...

PM Gr8Bullet. he was running the Agency Power Dual Resonated midpipe with stock exhaust for a while, until he got the HKS single outlet cat-back too.

i personally didnt like it, it was too raspy, but his setup now is pretty awesome.

I'm running the AP midpipe with stock exhaust, I've had it for about a year now. Its settled into a pretty nice, somewhat growly tone. It does get a bit raspy between 4000-5000, but its not as noticeable now as it was when I first got it. I plan on getting a cat-back eventually, its just really hard for me to spend that much money on sound alone, ya know.

AP Mid Pipe

Hey gang...

I have had mine on for about 8 months now... Mid pipe with stock exhaust. It is pretty good... not tooooo loud, and as mentioned above is only raspy between 4000-5000 rpm. Catback would be nice as well.. Just don't have the $$$ right now.

I got 2 tickets yeserday, one for my black tail lights and one for my "excessively loud" exhaust.... I deleted my cat 2 days ago. It's not loud at all and this effing cop gave me a ticket for it.... he didn't know I didn't have a catalytic converter grrrrrrrrr I'm so pissed...

Tinted tail lights will get you in trouble with liability in a wreck as well.
