i'm actually going to go this direction - i already have a swift spring setup and i'm going to be picking up the tokico's in a month or two. My analysis is far for scientific but i do know from experience these springs are some-what softer than other springs (i.e. s-tech's, RSR's) - it does eliminate some body roll and it does stiffen the ride quite a bit - i would suggest them for the daily driver/not so serious tracker

perhaps referencing these?
Yet, it's not listed for RX8 application on the Koni website.
Special D / Classic
The red KONI line is meant for drivers who want to improve their car in general; better comfort and road-holding combined with a higher level of safety.
KONI Special D / Classic shock absorbers are available for most performance cars. KONI select the most appropriate technology for each car from the wide range of shock absorber types. Each shock absorber is then customized for the car model. Hence, a KONI Special D / Classic is always the best choice, for replacement as well as improvement.

I wonder how the d-specs + swift springs compares to the MS spring/shock combo (mostly because the shocks are matched for the springs in the MS combo, and no need to 'play with settings'
I'm pretty much in for the tokicos just need to know the pricing and how well they will mate with the eibach springs I currently have on my 8. I kinda want slotted rotors and the racing brake kit too. Im finally willing to blow some money.
I find that my ride on the eibachs and stock is very bumpy and jolting. I also think my wheel hop is excessive over small bumps the car seems to take off in other directions a bit. While i dont mind the harshness of the ride others do and i figure d specs overall would give me the ability to determine how i would like to ride depending on who is in it. IM just hoping they mate well the eibach springs. On my old wrx I had jyb gr2 adjustable shocks and eibach springs and I loved the ride and adjust ability. I also have front and rear agency power sways.
