what spoiler

would the factory rx8 spoiler look good with a veilside body kit...im trying to picture how it would work

that's easy to tell.

Get the Veilside kit.

Then if you don't want the stock spoiler you can upgrade.

If you have the kit already then just take it to a dealership and park next to one of their 8's that has the stock spoiler on it... should make it pretty easy to get an idea of how it would look on your car.

IMO... With the VS bumper beeing so aggressive looking... I think you should go with something a bit bigger than the OEM spoiler. Something like the MS Wing, R-Magic... along those lines.... I wouldn't go with anything bigger like an Airplane Wing..

check on Chrism's pics, I believe he did the GTO spoiler on his car with the Failside kit and it didnt look too bad.

The OEM spoiler is blah on all counts.

Ultimately you want to get your car looking something like this, though I know it may be hard to accomplish:
